Tasks

As an employee in B2B Customer Care Management, you play a key role at ONLOGIST because you are the link between our company and our users. You ensure that the orders placed via our portal are carried out smoothly and billed correctly. You are the first point of contact for our users and are always there to support them with questions and concerns.

Your French moves us forward!
As part of our team, you will play a central role in our expansion into France - you will help shape processes, adapt them to the French market and help us get off to a flying start there.

You will also carry out regular quality checks to ensure a reliable and qualified pool of users. With your flair for potential improvements, you will actively contribute to the optimization of our processes and help us to further develop your area together. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the satisfaction of our users and the success of our company.

Qualifications

  • Language skills: You have a very good command of written and spoken French and German.
  • Analytical skills: You are characterized by a quick grasp and strong analytical skills.
  • Independence: You work in a structured and independent manner with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Social skills: You are helpful, patient and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
  • Technical affinity: Ideally, you are tech-savvy and confident in using MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills: Commercial training or a degree is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - your strong communication skills and service orientation are more important.
