Tasks

As a Customer Care Manager in B2B, you play a crucial role for our company, because you enable the dialog between ONLOGIST and our users. You are on the go on all communication channels, provide information about our software, collect feedback, respond to criticism and help with specific questions directly in the system. As a direct point of contact with users, you will support our marketing team in implementing a consistent brand identity.

Qualifications

You are a registered student.
You have excellent written and spoken German.
You have a quick perception and good analytical skills.
You like to work independently and in a structured manner.
You are helpful and patient. Nothing can make you lose your cool!
Ideally, you are tech-savvy and feel at home in the MS Office world.
