CLV Car Logistic Venture GmbH is a Hamburg-based start-up specializing in professional vehicle transfers and revolutionizing last-mile vehicle transport.

Since 2024, ONLOGIST Transport Service has been supporting renowned customers from the car rental, leasing, vehicle trade, car subscription, and OEM sectors in the efficient movement of their vehicle fleets—throughout Germany and beyond.

tasks

As a working student in the area of scheduling and transport logistics, you will be an important interface at ONLOGIST Transport Service. You will coordinate transport orders and ensure smooth execution and high service quality.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and transport service providers, answering questions, solving problems, and conducting regular quality checks. You will also assist with placing and optimizing orders on our platform and contribute your own ideas for continuous process improvement.

Your commitment will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the further growth of our innovative company.

qualification

Work-study program: You are a registered student.
Language skills: You have excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills. Spanish or French are a plus.
Analytical skills: You are quick on the uptake and have strong analytical skills.
Independence: You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and are highly independent.
Social skills: You are helpful, patient, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
Technical affinity: Ideally, you are tech-savvy and confident in using MS Office.
Strong communication skills: You have strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
